Paper details Students will be responsible for analyzing four hypothetical legal situations that may be encountered as a school administrator. For each hypothetical, the student will write a 2-3 page analysis outlining the legal issue(s) presented, the relevant statutes, policies, and case law, and other readings using the IRAC (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion) format. The student will apply the principles of law to the hypothetical situation to answer the specific question posed.
