The selected topic is “Development of an Evaluation Method for the Assessment of Regional a Regional Clinical Laboratory Syetm Test Menu Standardization Opportunities”; the topic is still very fluid and I am open to suggestions on how to make it better. In summary, the intent is to design a sort of rubric or objective instrument to evaluate test menu, revenue, return of investment among 3-4 clinical laboratories at critical access hospitals. The designed instrument should allow us to collect useful data to decide what tests are critical to remain in the local hospital and which could be better if moved/send out to a regional hub.
1. Create an outline of the topics the project intends to cover. Also, include a list of the references TO BE used in the literature review.
