Etc Instructions: The assignment is a final research paper of 8-12 pages (excluding the reference page) on a research issue relating to the topic of global communication. You are required to draw upon key concepts and recurring themes from the course reading! Please note that, while popular magazines, newspapers, encyclopedias, and the World Wide Web are useful as supplementary sources, they should not be relied upon! Peer-reviewed articles (scholarly journals) are considered as reliable sources. Other reliable sources include websites of non-governmental and governmental organizations, international organizations as well as other private media institutions. You are encouraged to visit the library and have a librarian explain how to go about searching for your topics. This exercise will assist you in identifying common sources that you will find useful. You will then collect sources on a topic of your choice, and then arrange them in a proper bibliography format with at least 10 citations. At least four must be peer-reviewed academic sources.
